Care that fits your budget

There are three separate things here, and they work together: our own membership plan for patients without insurance, the insurance we accept, and outside financing for whatever is left. You can use one, or all three.

1. The Fatemi Family Dental Plan — our own savings plan

If you do not have dental insurance, this is usually the best place to start. It is a membership plan run by this practice, with three versions:

• Children
• Adults
• Adults with periodontal (gum) disease

Every version includes, at no extra cost:

• Your exams.
• Your routine X-rays — full-mouth series, panoramic, and single periapical images.
• Your emergency exam, if something goes wrong.
• Your cleanings.
• Periodontal maintenance, on the adult periodontal plan.

On top of that, members get 20% off treatment — fillings, crowns, root canals, implants, and cosmetic work including veneers and whitening.

Please note: this is a membership savings plan offered by our practice. It is not dental insurance, and it is not a substitute for it.

2. Financing — Cherry first, CareCredit as an alternative

Cherry is our primary financing partner. It lets you spread the cost of treatment over monthly payments rather than paying it all at once, and checking your options takes about a minute without affecting your credit score. CareCredit is available as a second option. Both are outside partners, separate from the membership plan above.

• If you have dental insurance: most of our patients do. Your insurance covers its share, and your co-pay can be financed.
• If you do not: join the Fatemi Family Dental Plan for the 20% member discount, then finance the balance through Cherry — or CareCredit if you prefer.

3. New to us? Start with the $29 visit

New patients can begin with our $29 new-patient visit: one targeted X-ray and a limited exam of the area you are concerned about, so you get honest information before committing to anything.
