A dental implant replaces a missing tooth from the root up: a small titanium post integrates with your jawbone and supports a natural-looking crown. Because Dr. Fatemi handles both the surgical placement and the final restoration here, your implant journey stays in one office.

**Dr. Fatemi has been placing dental implants since 2000 — more than 25 years of surgical experience.** We use **American-made implant systems manufactured in the USA**, chosen for their quality and long track record.

### What to expect

After a consultation and 3D planning, the implant is placed and given time to heal and integrate before the final crown is attached. Many patients choose to have surgery [under IV sedation](https://fatemifamilydentistry.com/implants-under-sedation/) for comfort. If there isn’t enough bone to support an implant, a [sinus lift or bone graft](https://fatemifamilydentistry.com/sinus-lift-bone-graft/) may be recommended first.

Our offices are fully digital, with an **in-house dental lab**. We plan implants with 3D imaging, print our own surgical guides for precise placement, and fabricate restorations in-house — so more of your care is designed and made under one roof.
